How can you toss things? To me they feel so real and always have, I find it impossible to 'toss them' as it's what I honestly feel even if I don't know myself at times from confusion.

It's really up to the individual to decide if they believe in the meanings or not. I tend to take what helps me and toss the rest if it doesn't seem to apply.
