A beginner’s guide to Lucid Dreaming

Lucid Dreaming Guide for Beginner's e-book

Several of our readers recommended the above e-book to me, I have downloaded and finished reading it. I could not put it down and highly recommend “The Art of Lucid Dreaming” by Rebecca Turner. I really enjoyed the expert interviews!

I tried to do a wake initiated lucid dream last night, I laid down and didn ‘t move for perhaps 25 minutes, I opened my eyes and as i expected I started tripping. Things were moving and my body felt like it was paralyzed, all this was expected, however when after a little while I closed my eyes nothing happened. I didn’t start dreaming, so i waited and still nothing happened. So i just said screw it and opened my eyes for a while longer to look at everything move around agian. And then I just let myself actually fall asleep. Nothing happened as far as actuall lucid dreaming, i feel i was ALMOST there, but just couldn’t get into the “dream world”. Any suggestions?
